With a background in chemical engineering, I spent the first 20 years of my career in large international companies in the chemical and petrochemical sectors.
I worked in Belgium and the United States with a consistent focus that has become my specialty: optimizing operations. As a specialist in industrial processes early in my career, I progressed over the years through various leadership positions that integrated strategic vision and organizational expertise. The last position I held before redirecting my career was as Operations Director at a major petrochemical site in Europe.
This was a profession that I was passionate about for a long time. However, I increasingly began to question the purpose of my career. My gradual awareness of the challenges we face, including climate change, ultimately became a defining aspect of my life.
This led me to choose a new professional direction, acquire new skills, and dedicate my experience and all the energy I love to invest in my professional life to ecological transition.
Thus, Coherence was born, the organization through which I help and support companies in reducing their climate impact and positioning themselves in a low-carbon society.
